Egg-citing times at Rutland Water this Easter

The Lyndon area of Rutland Water Nature Reserve is a great place for the family to visit during the Easter school holidays.

The Manton Bay osprey nest is the focus of interest where female osprey Maya and her mate, 33, are incubating their four eggs.

Get great views of the nest from the screen in the Lyndon Visitor Centre and from the brand new double decker Shallow Water hide. Members of the Rutland Osprey Project are ready to greet you and help you get the most from your visit.

If you cannot visit the nature reserve you can still check progress on https://www.ospreys.org.uk/
