Summary: A talk by Frank Ince about the local geology
Frank ince has been interested in geology since his schooldays in Essex. After moving to Loughborough in the early 1970's, he found the geology of Leicestershire and Rutland much more interesting and challenging! His talk will explore the local geology, covering the last 600 million years, and highlight the remarkable array of rocks, fossils and minerals that have been found here.
