About the event

We are delighted to join forces with The Green Place in Sileby, the Leicestershire and Rutland Bat Group and our moth expert to host a 'Creatures of the Night' fundraising event.

The evening start with setting the moths traps and perhaps a drink or two before heading off to watch a wildlife themed film hosted by the Green Place. After the film, there will be a chance to use the bat detectors with the Bat Group to identify the bats in the area and time to spend with our moth expert Finn, to see and identify what moths come to visit in the evening.

The Green Place will have the bar open and snacks available throughout the evening.

Funds from the tickets sold will go towards the vital work of Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust and Leicestershire and Rutland Bat Group
