About the event

Listen to the skylarks, spot butterflies and bees, enjoy walking through wildflowers with time to pause and discover the diversity of wildlife at Halstead Hill Farm with agri-ecologist Professor Chris Stoate and regenerative farmer Dr Miriam Stoate.

Enjoy sweeping views across High Leicestershire with time to learn and ask questions.

Chris, an agri-environmental researcher at the nearby Allerton Project for more than thirty years and Honorary Professor at Nottingham University, has also studied farmland ecology in southern Europe and West Africa.

Miriam grew up on a farm, researched land management in Thailand, Canada and England and enjoys welcoming groups to the farm.
