About the event

Learn how to lay a hedge in the Midlands style and discover the wildlife that calls hedges home with Professor Chris Stoate.

Enjoy sweeping views across High Leicestershire and time to learn and ask questions about hedge laying for wildlife.

Chris, an agri-environmental researcher at the nearby Allerton Project for more than thirty years and Honorary Professor at Nottingham University, has also studied farmland ecology in southern Europe and West Africa.
