About the event
This is a fantastic opportunity for those interested in birds, to see several species up close while they are being ringed and released. We will show you how we identify and age the birds, with plenty of exciting facts along the way!
Each ringing demonstration will last one hour, but can then be followed by a fantastic walk around the nature reserve, as your cost for the event also includes a day permit for both Lyndon Nature Reserve and Anglian Water Bird Watching Centre in Egelton.
There will be spotter sheets and activities for you to take away with you, and plenty of chances to ask questions with our expert ringers!
