Woolly wildlife trails are now open

To celebrate the Leicestershire & Rutland Wildlife Trust's 60th Anniversary, two woolly wildlife trails have been created on two of our nature reserves - Dimminsdale Nature Reserve and Holwell Nature Reserve.

With the help from some our volunteers and Trust members, a wide variety of woolly wildlife animals have been made ranging from slugs and snails to blue tits, frogs and moles have been knitted and crocheted.

The trails will be on the nature reserves from now until the beginning of September.  Please go and visit them and enjoy.  PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE ANY OF THE ITEMS.

Please note that Dimminsdale has numerous steps and areas of deep water and that no dogs are allowed at Brown's Hill Quarry.
